We were told that rooms are not available and some mason work going on. Shifted us to another hotel - mapple. Terrible experience and how can i trust bookings from makemytrip ?

Amenities mentioned at mm t are not available at rooms given by hotel, on demand they provided that is old and items such as hair dryer, in breakfast also they failed to provide sausage inspite of assurance. If you are travel-ling with driver not advised to stay in lords inn, they denied to give a blanket to driver at night. Seats in restaurant are uncleaned and water affected & fungus affected. Not advisable to prefer this hotel next time onwards. Hotel has given connecting room which was too noisy. Overall dissatisfied with this stay, (3/10) rating.
