Disappointed with the refund experience. We booked the hotel well in advance and were assured by the staff at the time of booking that a full refund would be given if canceled two months prior. Based on that verbal assurance, we moved forward. However, after canceling more than 7 months in advance, we were denied any refund due to a clause in the voucher we weren’t informed about properly. The staff who gave the verbal assurance had left, and the current team refused to honor the commitment. Very unprofessional handling of a genuine case. Not expected from a reputed hotel.

My stay at the Hotel Balam was very nice. The room was very neat and clean with toilatoreis , Tea Coffee maker and dental kit was provided. Overall a nice stay. Much appreciated. Thanks

Nice hotel to stay, very good dinner, breakfast options also well planned.
Rooms were spacious, clean.
Staff behaviour was really good and polite, good place to stay with family.
