The transportation is very inconvenient. The hotel is in the middle of the old city. The road is narrow and there are local houses next to it. Cars cannot drive in. You have to go to the clock tower to change to a tuk-tuk to get in. The hotel only takes care of one trip, and the other trip is at your own expense.
The hotel management is very amateur. I ordered breakfast, but there were only bread and local cakes to choose from, no fruit and juice. The restaurant seems to be open only when guests come, and it is as hot as a steamer.
It feels like an ordinary homestay, not worth the price.

It's newly built so the facilities are really good. It's not famous yet so there were a lot of rooms so I stayed at a cheap price but the service was good and it felt clean! If they keep the room condition good in the future, it will be a great hotel! Oh, and the location is also good!

Gorgeous hotel, spacious beautiful clean modern rooms, great location, beautiful rooftop, but the biggest compliment is to the service, we had the feeling that everyone was doing their best to give us good time and in such a polite and gentle way, wow., we kept on extending our stay because we loved it so much. Highly recommended!

Camere piccole ma curate, in una struttura ben restaurata. Lo staff è gentile, ma la mancanza dell'inglese porta a facili incomprensioni, soprattutto a cena e colazione. La posizione è buona e c'è una bella vista sul forte, però per raggiungere l'hotel si devono schivare tante cose per terra a piedi o in tuktuk.

Awesome place right in the middle of jodhpur city . Beautiful ambience and very polite staff. There are multiple options to sit like rooftop and indoor sitting area as well. There are rooms also available to stay. I enjoyed my dinner right in front of merhrangard fort.

It was pleasant experience to stay with shiv hari heritage. The hospitality was out of box.the shiv hari staff was very courteous and helpful. Overall best experience to stay at shiv Hari . Roof top view is amazing of mehrangard fort. Highly Recommended

Clean rooms, excellent hospitality and food. The Shiv Hari Thali is a must try. also try gatte ka sabzi...we likrd it very much. just be mindful the apptoach road is narrow due to heritage location.
