A little inaccessible. But not a problem taking a Didi to tourist spots. Has an awesome roasted lamb place within walking distance! And a convenience store just across the carpark. Beds are comfortable and room spacious. Shower is warm! Receptionists were quite cold, but the dining hall staff were helpful. Connecting to the WiFi was also a problem, maybe a problem for foreigners.

Second time staying in the resort. Same great experience, hotel staffs are amazing,they welcome you right after you enter the hotel lobby with a great smile and friendly attitude. They do have this 小管家- 小谭. A very helpful young guy, even send us to our room doorstep. Will definitely stay again looking at its convenient location. Restaurants are just beside, and it is very near to the JiuZhaiGou Scenic spot.

Staff upgraded our room to a slightly bigger one. Room is clean, modern and equipped with amenities. The hotel offers complimentary drinks dispenser near the reception area. Breakfast is buffet style from 7-9am. We were pleased with the late checkout time at 2pm. It is also about 800m walk to the Jiuzhaigou scenic are entrance. Shuttle bus from Huanglong Jiuzhai railway station booked via trip.com drops off and picks up from the Moon Bay parking station (月湾停车站) which is about 500m walk from hotel.

Booked a suite room for a family of four, room was pretty cramp & lacking in terms of amenities (e.g. no wardrobe to hang clothes, had to place our luggage on the sofa as there wasn't enough space) We checked-in during the late evening, and wanted to watch TV via their projector - however, the power wasn't plugged in & as the power source was on the ceiling it was incredibly difficult to reach (even the staff that came to help was wondering who plugged it out & tried to help us). Breakfast selection was alright for a short stay. Staff was friendly & service was good as well. 5mins drive from the hotel to 九寨沟 scenic area.

After soaking in the beauty of 长海, we followed the signs and ventured down to discover more scenic spots. Each new view was more magnificent than the last, showcasing the unique features of Jiuzhaigou's natural beauty. Around 10:30 AM, we made our way to the center of the park, where we found a variety of food options. The food was delightful, and it caters to different tastes. I decided to try some dumplings, which were delicious and a perfect way to refuel for the rest of our exploration. At noon, we hopped on a bus to the other side of the park, which was equally enchanting, filled with more beautiful scenes and tranquil lakes to admire. We wrapped up our day by returning to the Jiuzhaigou entrance around 4 PM. Overall, the experience was incredible, combining breathtaking scenery with delicious food and quality family time. I highly recommend visiting Jiuzhaigou to anyone looking for a memorable getaway!
