The location of the hotel was good as it's near both the high end and mid range eating places and also nearby to supermarkets. It's a 15 to 20 minutes walk to the entrance of jiuzhaigou national park therefore no need to spend money taking a private hire or taxi. The room was basic but comfortable and for this price point there is good value for money.its also a 5 minute walk to the regular moon bay carpark where you will most likely take your bus to the Train station.i hardly used the amenities as I was out the whole day most of the time.

Cleanliness: The room was okay, but the bathroom had a persistent odor for some reason. Environment: Very fresh. The hotel is located on a roadside, allowing for easy access to the road. There is a small shop nearby, though it's a bit far from the dining area. You can eat and drink at the hotel, where you can buy snacks and drinks. Service: Excellent. If you dropped your chopsticks while eating, they would promptly pick them up and even give you watermelon to eat. They were very helpful. They also provided parking instructions. Recommended.

Second time staying in the resort. Same great experience, hotel staffs are amazing,they welcome you right after you enter the hotel lobby with a great smile and friendly attitude. They do have this 小管家- 小谭. A very helpful young guy, even send us to our room doorstep. Will definitely stay again looking at its convenient location. Restaurants are just beside, and it is very near to the JiuZhaiGou Scenic spot.

This stay was a truly amazing experience! Upon arrival, I was captivated by the aroma of coffee in the lobby and ordered a freshly ground latte. The smooth, rich flavor, paired with the sunlight by the window, made check-in even more relaxing. The biggest surprise was the free ******* clothing experience. The exquisite designs came with accessories, and the staff patiently helped me put them on. The photos I took were absolutely stunning, and I even had my address shared on my WeChat Moments. The smart butler in the room was even more thoughtful, offering voice control over the lights, curtains, and air conditioning. Everything was adjustable from the comfort of my bed. Even simple things like finding slippers were instantly answered with a simple shout. The attention to detail was incredible. I'll definitely stay here again!
