The room was very nice! The hotel even had someone to help us with parking instructions! The front desk service was also very good! They helped me with my luggage! There was also a place to have tea and a rest at the front desk, and the room facilities were also very cozy! I highly recommend it!

是個新民宿，挺乾淨的，智能化電器 最值得點讚的是接送服務，專門有車接住客到酒店，我們很晚才到九寨溝，有車接送，感覺很不錯 第二天遊玩了九寨溝也有車接我們回酒店 第三天我們去汽車站，也有車送去 這項增值服務已經幫我們省了不少打車費 對於早出晚歸，每天走得很累的旅客，這家還是可以 給接送師傅點贊👍

Booked a suite room for a family of four, room was pretty cramp & lacking in terms of amenities (e.g. no wardrobe to hang clothes, had to place our luggage on the sofa as there wasn't enough space) We checked-in during the late evening, and wanted to watch TV via their projector - however, the power wasn't plugged in & as the power source was on the ceiling it was incredibly difficult to reach (even the staff that came to help was wondering who plugged it out & tried to help us). Breakfast selection was alright for a short stay. Staff was friendly & service was good as well. 5mins drive from the hotel to 九寨沟 scenic area.

Service: The best part 👍🏻, the service is comparable to Haidilao, super humanized. Every time I return to the hotel, I feel like I'm home. The boss lady will say hello 🙋♀️ and invite me to eat their snacks. If your camera charger cannot be used in the room, you can charge it at the front desk. The most important thing: provide pick-up and drop-off services between Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area and the hotel according to your time and needs. When you want to go, take a car. When you want to come back, just make a phone call and the driver will pick you up. The service vehicle is super large, super praise! Environment: Super good, a hotel with a sense of design. When you enter the door, the sun shines in the lobby and you feel like you're home! I like the step design at the entrance, which is embedded and super warm! The air is fresh in the mountains, and the surrounding facilities are also complete. There is a breakfast shop and a Niu Erxian beef and mutton soup pot shop next to it. They are all delicious! ! Recommended! ! Hygiene: Very clean, cleaned every day, and fully equipped with disposable towels, bath towels, toilet mats, you can take them on demand, very reassuring!
