The lady receptionist is helpful in me booking transport from JZG to HL. Inside the room there is no cups for boiling water. The cups are found behind the lift. Tip: As I do not have a China phone number, I used the hotel name and phone number to contact my transport.

The hotel location is good very convenient. Opposite alot of food. Walking distance to the jiu zhai gou scenic entrance. Small room but is nice and clean too. Definitely will stay here in future!

Check-in was smooth and easy. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Our butler, Mr. Xiao Han, was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. He gave us helpful recommendations on places to visit in Jiuzhaigou National Park, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, we had a wonderful time staying here and would highly recommend this hotel.

Booked a suite room for a family of four, room was pretty cramp & lacking in terms of amenities (e.g. no wardrobe to hang clothes, had to place our luggage on the sofa as there wasn't enough space) We checked-in during the late evening, and wanted to watch TV via their projector - however, the power wasn't plugged in & as the power source was on the ceiling it was incredibly difficult to reach (even the staff that came to help was wondering who plugged it out & tried to help us). Breakfast selection was alright for a short stay. Staff was friendly & service was good as well. 5mins drive from the hotel to 九寨沟 scenic area.

The hotel is in a good location. There is a supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient. In the morning, there is a bus that can take you to the entrance of the scenic spot, which takes less than 10 minutes. The hotel breakfast is diverse and tastes great. Thanks to Xiao Yang at the front desk for arranging a quiet and comfortable room for us, so that we can have a good rest after a day's journey.
