Staff upgraded our room to a slightly bigger one. Room is clean, modern and equipped with amenities. The hotel offers complimentary drinks dispenser near the reception area. Breakfast is buffet style from 7-9am. We were pleased with the late checkout time at 2pm. It is also about 800m walk to the Jiuzhaigou scenic are entrance. Shuttle bus from Huanglong Jiuzhai railway station booked via trip.com drops off and picks up from the Moon Bay parking station (月湾停车站) which is about 500m walk from hotel.

Booked a suite room for a family of four, room was pretty cramp & lacking in terms of amenities (e.g. no wardrobe to hang clothes, had to place our luggage on the sofa as there wasn't enough space) We checked-in during the late evening, and wanted to watch TV via their projector - however, the power wasn't plugged in & as the power source was on the ceiling it was incredibly difficult to reach (even the staff that came to help was wondering who plugged it out & tried to help us). Breakfast selection was alright for a short stay. Staff was friendly & service was good as well. 5mins drive from the hotel to 九寨沟 scenic area.

A little inaccessible. But not a problem taking a Didi to tourist spots. Has an awesome roasted lamb place within walking distance! And a convenience store just across the carpark. Beds are comfortable and room spacious. Shower is warm! Receptionists were quite cold, but the dining hall staff were helpful. Connecting to the WiFi was also a problem, maybe a problem for foreigners.

Pros: 1. The room facilities are nice, relatively new, and modern, comparable to city hotels. The bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, making it quite comfortable. 2. The location is great, near the bustling Tiantangkou area, with a wide selection of food, drinks, and daily necessities. It's also not far from the forbidden area. Cons: 1. The bed is too soft, which is not good for my back. 2. The bed has sharp corners, which scratched my leg. 3. The restaurant is on the basement level and smells unpleasant, like slop. 4. The smart toilet is terrible; it flushes as soon as I sit down.
