The hotel location is perfect near the entrance of the park. The service was excellent, all the staff went out of their way to help us search for bus tickets and find alternative when ticket was sold out. Really grateful for the service. Breakfast has a wide selection, chinese, cereal etc. Also met the lady boss of hotel who is nice to chat with and also gave advice. Highly recommend ! Location best, lots of restaurants, even McDonald's, KFC, Chagee, Mixue ... all nearby. A few local supermarkets as well.

Check-in was smooth and easy. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Our butler, Mr. Xiao Han, was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. He gave us helpful recommendations on places to visit in Jiuzhaigou National Park, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, we had a wonderful time staying here and would highly recommend this hotel.

It was very cold at night, but they thoughtfully turned on the room heater before my arrival, which was a lovely touch. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and responded quickly to my messages, making the check-in process smooth and easy. The location is a bit off the main road, but it’s not hard to find. From 4/10 to 4/22, four of us stayed in this hotel for two nights. It rained lightly on the second morning, and the free shuttle service provided by the hotel to Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area was a bit chaotic.
