服務周到，性價比很高，離千古情步行10分鐘，吃飯和配套都比較齊全。去九寨溝景區民宿有安排送 。空調外機有點吵。

酒店位置很好，離景區近，周邊很多超市餐館和葯店，酒店包去九寨溝的車，老闆和前台服務非常好，幫我們解決很多問題，小孩旅遊回來不舒服沒少麻煩老闆，酒店的藏餐餐館也非常美味。

環境很好，周邊吃飯停車都挺方便，早餐精緻豐富。晚餐餐廳價格合理味道很好。謝謝老闆給我們升級了房間，床品睡着很舒服，洗澡的水很大也熱，去溝裏走了一天下來，洗個澡睡一覺非常舒服。

老闆娘人特別熱情，提前一晚聯繫我們，給我們發酒店位置，告訴我們如何乘車,並主動幫我們代訂千古情門票，位置也比較靠前，就是稍微有一點偏。但因為是當天預訂，也可以理解。老闆娘特別精緻，酒店的洗手液，洗髮水，沐浴露都是品牌原裝的，超讚。樓下餐廳的飯菜也特別好吃。就是酒店的隔音不是很好。

這是本次甘南旅行中住的最舒服的酒店。從扎嘎納開車帶着孩子到九寨溝，已經是晚上11點了，前台小姐姐還熱心的給我倒了杯熱水，知道我們每個家庭帶了一個小孩，還多送了我們早餐票。打包回房間的早餐乾淨衞生，包裝精美，老闆真的很用心，還幫我們訂了九寨千古情的門票，都是好座位。如果還會來九寨溝的話，我會考慮繼續住這家酒店。祝老闆生意興隆。

我們到了之後直接被升級成了家庭親子房，老闆還贈送了兩份早餐。餐廳的味道非常地道。我們住的很舒適，對民宿的服務也很滿意。很推薦，下次來還會選擇梵生民宿。
