接送服務很好很方便，離景區不算遠，離坐車點很近，坐車很方便。有早餐，出門早不用愁吃不到早飯了，冬季的九寨溝也很美

酒店雖然有年頭，但有翻新，超級喜歡大床房，房間很寬！！！酒店有充電樁，熱水很足，有空調，還怕冷的可以帶一個小電熱毯（我寒腿就疼，得電熱毯烤），老闆很好很熱情，去景區老闆免費接送，送早餐，下次去九寨溝，還來這家！
我去過九寨溝兩次，上次的住宿和這次比，這次真的舒適度很棒，忘了拍照，真的不錯！

零下10度沒有熱水，説要投訴換房，來了十幾分鍾熱水，第二天早上又沒熱水了… 空調打了一晚上還是冷的不行… 房間桌櫃上都落灰了…早上送去景區等了30分鐘才等到車回來（雖然堵車是客觀原因，但是衹有一輛車這麼來回跑，一趟30分鐘太耽誤時間了）

第一次來這邊就住到了很好的酒店。老闆人真的很好，來九寨溝晚上因為大雪塞車六個小時凌晨一點才到達酒店，老闆依舊很熱情的辦理入住。但是讓我們最感動的是凌晨兩點朋友生理期，打電話給老闆，在不確定附近是否有商店開門的情況下，二話不説就開車帶我們去找便利店，第二天還一大早幫我們處理去九寨溝的行程。謝謝老闆，希望老闆越來越好！
