The room was not clean. It was not cleaned before check-in because there was dust everywhere in the room. The towels were disposable, which was different from the hotel's picture of real towels. We booked for 2 nights but they did not come to clean and did not provide towels. We had to ask the receptionist for them. The water pressure was not strong. If anyone is going to stay here, I do not recommend it.

No one at the desk when trying to check in, they leave a phone number but if you can't call you have to ask someone else to help you. No one there at check out either. Location is close to Jiuzhaigou entrance, only a twenty minute walk. Room was quite nice though
