酒店位置特別好，就在高鐵直通車旁邊，非常方便。酒店設施尚可，乾淨衞生。尤其是前台小譚的服務很好，半夜都為我們聯繫去黃龍景區及高鐵站的直通車，免去了上下行李的麻煩，給腿受傷的我帶來極大的便利，非常感謝！會推薦給朋友們

房間沒有翻新過，舊的好像是上個世紀的，預訂界面沒有體現，踩坑。房間居然有蜘蛛網，衞生狀況連個快捷酒店都不如。衞生間沒有乾濕分離，浴缸踩上去還嘎嘎響，衣架夾子和掛鈎都是破的，不曉得客房部是如何檢查的。早上9點樓層過道燈都是黑的，完全沒有考慮到客人的體驗感，唯一值得的是——大堂裝修和房價成正比。

酒店的硬件蠻好的，軟件（服務）一塌糊塗。住了2天，感覺酒店的工作人員即使態度不好或者做錯了事都不會説“對不起”這3個字，衹會強調理由。我們無語😓真是為這家酒店可惜，硬件這麼好。希望酒店的領導應該好好培訓員工的素質！

房間還挺大，交通方便尤其是來回黃龍九寨高鐵站，都在酒店隔壁坐，離溝口走路需要半小時，打車去溝口15元，早上去和旅遊結束後很難打到車，早上去的時候路上會有黑車，每人10元。晚上回來第一天我們走路回酒店，第二天我們坐景區擺渡車到國大停車場，再到酒店走路10分鐘左右。酒店的房間衞生真的一般，尤其是地上的地毯都是毛髮，臟的無法下腳，讓服務員重新打掃後稍微好一些。
