酒店乾淨大氣，自助早餐豐富，服務人員都很友好，58號門衞熱情幫我們搬行李，101號前台小姐姐主動幫我們升級了房型，酒店位置不錯，就在高鐵大巴終點站旁邊，是個不錯的選擇

帶娃遊九寨溝，小朋友很喜歡，特別是酒店贈送的小零食，太喜歡了。每個服務員都很熱情，早餐種類多，小朋友都能吃。晚餐在酒店吃的酒店一樓的氂牛肉湯鍋，味道很鮮，牛肉好吃。餐廳還有冰粉。這次選擇這家酒店，把小朋友可高興壞了。

房間比較老，服務很到位，感謝各位合作人員，但是平台上面寫的很清楚，到九寨溝景區有接送，實際上我們早上去的時候，一切都沒安排好，説要等，實際等多久他自己都不知道，很影響遊玩體驗，這點差評

房間特別好，整個服務都很好，走到哪都是温馨的笑容，早餐也很不錯，給我們安排的3號樓特別適合休息，很安靜。尤其感謝工號101的前台小姐姐，一直都耐心的幫我們辦理，給我們推薦旅行路線，還給我們講九寨溝旅行路線。還有工號063的保安大爺，從門口一直指揮到酒店大廳門口，年紀很大，還幫我們從車裡拿行李，很辛苦，也很和藹，特別盡責。還有服務生小哥哥，一直幫忙提東西到房間，特別周到。整體感覺這個酒店的每個人都很盡責，特別棒的一次體驗！推薦大家一定選擇這個！

酒店裝修挺氣派的，，離景區我們坐的是酒店的拼車，價格很優惠，就是因為堵車，等的時間比較久，其他都滿意。房間給我們升了級，還送了水果和飲料，還有小零食。很驚喜。早餐品種還是很多，就是人多有點擠，其他都很滿意。

酒店比較新，設計簡約現代，工作人員熱情，遇到的每一個人都會想你問好。最方便的就是前台可以預約拼車去景區，這對我們沒有開車的友友們太友好了，因為堵車，車子來的比較晚，但工作人員一直在幫我們跟進，聯繫車師傅到哪裡，這讓我很感動。趕時間的建議早點去，諮詢走路大概要30分鐘左右。

非常滿意的體驗，酒店從開車進門的老師傅引導幫忙提行李到酒店大堂前台登記諮詢攻略都非常熱情專業，工號101小姐姐人美服務好，床墊很舒服，枕頭高度合適，被子厚度和透氣性不錯，總體來説非常乾淨舒適，非常好的體驗！
