As tenants, we are constantly smelling the disgusting smell coming from the toilet, and we have to endure it. They admitted there was a problem but insisted not to give us another room. In addition, I originally booked this inn because their advertising emphasized that as long as you contact them one day in advance, they will help book a car from Congzhen Jiangguan Station to Jiuzhaigou. As a result, I called the counter and they replied: "You have to go to the online platform to order...". Later, they reluctantly sent me a link to order a car, but their attitude was completely non-involved. In fact, we could have ordered it ourselves. However, Xiaoyao Inn's attitude towards this aspect seems to me to be false advertising. If you don’t provide this service, don’t exaggerate in publicity. Very disappointing!
