酒店真的很不錯，老闆和店員都很熱情，景區接送都包，而且我們是3個大人2個小孩，包含2份早餐，多出來的人的早餐都沒有另外收費，而且早餐品種也挺多的。吃的也很不錯。最最主要的是大家都好熱情，還免費提供了藏族服飾，真的太不錯了！！！👍👍👍

很新的酒店，但是不懂為什麼體驗能這麼差。訂的時候房型叫做雙床房，沒有任何地方説明窗户有遮擋。我花這個價格看這堵牆嗎？要求換到其他房間以滿房被拒絕。洗澡的時候下水道直接堵死……不是新裝修的嗎？站在臟水裡麪洗完一個澡！不喜歡裝修老的酒店就是怕各種問題，結果新的也這樣。沐浴露的擠壓開關完全打不開，最後是把整個蓋子取下來倒的。安排在前台旁邊，半夜11點從外面回來的人比較喧鬧，聽着非常吵。整體非常影響心情和體驗，挑了那麼久才挑中這個看起來比較新的酒店！希望大家的九寨溝之行不要碰到跟我一樣的處境

#衞生可能是新裝修剛營業，衞生還是不錯，各類用品都比較新，但衞生清潔還有提升空間。#服務服務熱情周到，聽説老闆是一名退役軍人，酒店的佈置也多處體顯老闆曾徑當過兵的情結；早餐廳雖然面積不太寬敞，但服務人員很熱情，品類也比較豐富，有包子、饅頭、花捲、玉米、紅薯、白煮雞蛋等，聽説不夠還可以免費添加。#位置交通交通便利，酒店坐落在離景區3、4公里的龍康村，此處酒店（民宿）餐館林立，吃飯休閑很方便；酒店會提供免費到景區送接服務，這個必須給老闆贊一個。#房間設施房間設施新，乾淨衞生，馬桶帶加熱（這個冬天使用很友好）房間有部分語音智控功能（比如開關窗簾，開關燈光）很好用。希望老闆把衞生再抓細一點！祝老闆生意興隆，每天賓客滿房。
