L’hotel in generale non rispecchia le foto e la descrizione, la stanza quadrupla sarebbe una bella stanza ma la pulizia non è assolutamente adeguata. Non offrono i servizi descritti, la colazione non ho avuto il coraggio di farla perché la stanza nel seminterrato in cui viene offerta è orribile. Ma la cosa più fastidiosa è stato il comportamento alla reception, nessuna gentilezza, o interesse nell’accogliere il cliente. E’ la prima volta che faccio una recensione così negativa perché rispetto il lavoro delle persone ma siamo rimasti molto delusi.

Very satisfied, the stay was very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, the king-size room had a projection screen, the bathroom was separated into wet and dry areas, and the mattress was very comfortable. The front desk lady was very welcoming and could solve any problems.

The hotel is very close to the scenic area and includes breakfast. The room was clean and hygienic. The staff and front desk were very polite. It's a very good hotel and I recommend it to anyone visiting Jiuzhaigou.

The front desk lady was very helpful and would recommend good food. The hotel also provided a shuttle service to the scenic area, which was very necessary as it was quite far from the main entrance. The first-floor room had a slight odor, perhaps due to the dampness. The water in the shower was a bit hot and cold. Overall, this is a very cost-effective hotel in the peak season.

Everything was great with nice helpful staff, good breakfast and nice rooms. The rooms were a little dated but very functional and cool set up set up with split rooms for family. Would've been good with toilet or faucet was separate from showers with 4 people. I liked they had water to fill up our water bottles and gave us a lift to the entrance of the park. The location is a little further away from town but lots of stuff around.
