房間整潔舒適，設施完善，窗外景色優美
服務：服務很細心，上下直通車、去景區、餐廳都可以接送，車也很寬敞無異味，老闆還幫忙打包早餐咖啡，體驗非常好！

酒店和房間內的設施都無可挑剔，從很多小細節可以看出這個團隊有多麼用心。我們去的時候不算是旅遊旺季，衹要他們有空，酒店的工作人員都會接送我們去任何景點，超級貼心。我們特別感激，但他們衹説完美的旅行十分難得❤️
酒店裡的早餐和晚餐也是超水平，強烈推薦至少嘗試一次他們的晚餐🍲
如果非要雞蛋裡挑骨頭的話，衹能説房間裏常常很熱（因為是中央控制），哪怕開了窗户晚上睡覺也容易熱🤣

服務超預期很好
酒店來回九寨溝景區的接送服務:不管是去那兒都有接送，很貼心
早餐的米線很好吃，端午節還準備了粽子，老闆還會推薦周邊好吃的氂牛湯鍋，很熱心提供各種幫助。

有文化有底藴有温度有特色的美宿，有個迷你藏文化博物館！房間寬敞，智能，衞浴用品不差於五星級，但價格很實在。服務細膩周到，隨時接送溝口，老闆還兼職解説。

還沒到九寨溝之前店家就提前建好了羣聊，從景區遊覽路線到房間安排、注意事項等等，事無鉅細！每一個細節店家都能比我們遊客提前想到，而且安排很合理！環境、衞生、服務真的很專業！沒想到餐飲也很好吃！真的能讓客人感受到用心！謝謝！
