酒店的衞生，不太好，熱水也真的是衹有熱水，洗澡很燙。
房間氣味非常大，令人作嘔的地步。（可能那幾個房間水管漏水啥的，牆面返潮，滲出下水管道的惡臭，空調一開，簡直當場窒息。其它房間可能不會這種情況）
當然，酒店服務人員也同意換房間，但是，為什麼一開始，就把這種有味道的房間開給入住顧客呢？很不能理解，非常之差的入住體驗。房間價格貴，也理解，但這個入住房間質量，要對得起這個價格！
衞生：很差，有下水道味道
設施：衞生間熱水很燙

房間很乾凈，我們退房的時候老闆娘正在洗曬昨天換下來的，高原的大太陽還免費紫外線殺菌。

衞生：衞生間很臟，地板磚裏都是黃色的污垢。掛衣服的地方還有上一個住客的頭髮，這裏的廁所我真的是一秒都不想待。後面上廁所我都去別家酒店。。。
服務：服務還可以，哦浴巾也是一次性的。
環境：中間很多房間都是夾層，酒店幾乎都是沒有窗户的。外觀和牌子看起來都很網紅，但是實際整體缺乏維護和打掃。白天看起來就很臟，然後可能因為小孩子多，這裡有很多親子房。

環境可以，前台一男一女服務態度很好，我有一些訴求，到酒店之後馬上給解決了。溝通很愉快。距離景區也很近，走路15分鐘，打車5分鐘
