A little inaccessible. But not a problem taking a Didi to tourist spots. Has an awesome roasted lamb place within walking distance! And a convenience store just across the carpark. Beds are comfortable and room spacious. Shower is warm! Receptionists were quite cold, but the dining hall staff were helpful. Second time staying in the resort. Same great experience, hotel staffs are amazing,they welcome you right after you enter the hotel lobby with a great smile and friendly attitude. They do have this 小管家- 小谭. A very helpful young guy, even send us to our room doorstep. Will definitely stay again looking at its convenient location. Restaurants are just beside, and it is very near to the JiuZhaiGou Scenic spot.

I went to the hotel in the off-season in winter, and saw the signs in the past. The environment was good and quiet. But one thing, TV is very stuck, the only place to spit. There is nothing wrong with the rest, don't worry, although I can't see the TV card, I will still give it five stars.😁

Staff upgraded our room to a slightly bigger one. Room is clean, modern and equipped with amenities. The hotel offers complimentary drinks dispenser near the reception area. Breakfast is buffet style from 7-9am. We were pleased with the late checkout time at 2pm. It is also about 800m walk to the Jiuzhaigou scenic are entrance. Shuttle bus from Huanglong Jiuzhai railway station booked via trip.com drops off and picks up from the Moon Bay parking station (月湾停车站) which is about 500m walk from hotel.
