Pésimo hotel calidad-precio
No lo recomiendo nada.
Me cambiaron 2 veces la tarifa: cuando llegamos nos dieron un precio más elevado al que habíamos reservado y cuando salimos nos dijeron q hubo un error de dedo y nos tenían que cobrar aún más.
Su internet es pésimo, el cuarto está descuidado y tiene varios detalles.
El servicio también deja mucho que desear, el personal del front desk no tiene idea de nada y es muy lento, la recamarista no dejó cápsulas de café ni crema para el segundo día, los desayunos se quedan sin platillos horas antes de que acabe el horario.
La relación calidad-precio es pésima, definitivamente no lo recomiendo ni regresaría.

Es el hotel con la mayor cantidad de áreas verdes bien cuidadas que nos ha tocado visitar del grupo pasadas, 42 jardineros lo hacen posible, además de fuentes, cuerpos de agua y un riachuelo que hacen de la experiencia simplemente algo relajante! La comida en el hotel, también muy buena!

Imposible descansar
Buen hotel, bonito, espectaculares jardines y buen restaurante. Imposible usar la alberca y descansar por estar llena de niños gritando des de las 9 de la mañana, la alberca se encuentra frente a las recamaras y nadie en el hotel hizo nada pensando en el resto de huéspedes, la verdad muy incomodo, no se pudo usar la alberca por estar ocupada con mas de 15 niños con inflables y pelotas, la verdad muy mal en ese aspecto ya que no es una alberca para ese tipo de uso por ser pequeña y estar situad justo delante de las habitaciones.
