暖氣不能自我調節，非常熱，床太硬，咯骨頭，房間的貓是壞的，衹能蹭隔壁的網絡，也不能看電視，反映給前台和服務員，態度很好，但就是不解決問題，住宿了六晚，直到離開的那天才處理好。
