What’s even more surprising is that the bustling Dazhong Road Pedestrian Street is downstairs from the hotel. You can visit all the specialty shops during the day, and at night when the neon lights come on, it’s full of the atmosphere of life. Various time-honored snacks and internet-famous foods will make you unable to move away. If you want to have a midnight snack, you can just go downstairs. This sense of convenience is so tempting! As you step into the hotel, the simple and elegant decoration style makes you relax instantly. The service provided by the front desk staff was ”textbook-level”. Not only did they enthusiastically help me store my luggage, they also marked in detail the routes to the surrounding attractions and even shared with me the authentic breakfast shops frequented by the locals. When I checked in, they kindly reminded me that there was free welcome fruit. This thoughtful care immediately brought us closer. The room was so good that I could say it was “great value”! As soon as you push the door, you're greeted by a fresh breeze. The floor and tabletop are spotless, the bed sheets and quilt covers are white and smooth, and there's not a trace of dust even in the corners. This shows how professional the cleaning lady is. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and is equipped with large bottles of toiletries. Even the hair dryer emits negative ions and does not damage the hair. Throughout the stay, whether we needed extra towels in the middle of the night or asked about transportation, the hotel's 24-hour butler service was always available and gentle and patient. When checking out, the front desk also gave us a small gift with Jiujiang characteristics. This kind of online service from check-in to check-out makes people want to give it full marks! During my stay, I tried to watch overseas satellite TV, but found that either the channel showed no signal or the screen was occupied by the hotel introduction video. This situation in such an international high-end hotel is really not up to the standards of an international hotel. For guests who often travel on business, it is normal to watch international sports events or international news through overseas satellite TV. However, the performance of Sheraton Far Eastern Plaza Hotel in this regard is so unsatisfactory. As a basic entertainment facility in modern hotel rooms, the service quality of TV is directly related to the guest's stay experience. Such channel settings not only fail to provide the service they deserve, but also give people a perfunctory feeling, which seriously reduces the stay experience. The sanitary conditions of the bathroom facilities are also unbearable. A thick layer of dirt accumulated in the bathtub drain looks like it has not been cleaned for a long time. As guests, we have extremely high requirements for sanitary conditions, especially for facilities such as pools and bathtubs that come into direct contact with the body. Such sanitary conditions are not only disgusting, but also worry about whether they will be infected with bacteria or diseases. It is incredible that an international hotel has such a big omission in such basic sanitary work. As an international brand hotel, Sheraton Far Eastern Hotel should welcome every guest with high-standard services and facilities. However, this stay experience disappointed me greatly. I hope that the hotel can attach great importance to these issues and provide guests with a clean, comfortable and rich experience. Only in this way can it truly live up to the name of an international hotel and win the trust and praise of guests.
