During the May Day trip to Lushan, Jiangxi, I stayed at the Hilton Hampton Hotel. It was a big surprise. I especially liked the breakfast and facilities of the hotel. This hotel is really great! The service attitude is super good. The room is very clean! The bedding is also very comfortable. My children especially like the mobile phone holder. This is a hotel that provides service with heart. The experience is super good. I am deeply impressed. I strongly recommend this hotel! My children especially like the popcorn sent by the front desk lady. There are small snacks at the front desk for guests who come to the hotel in the afternoon. If you don’t have time to eat breakfast in the morning, you can also have a packaged breakfast to take away. It’s warm and heartwarming. The hotel specially provides children’s slippers and toiletries, which are of good quality and cute. Because the children like it, they also take it away as souvenirs. Recommended, I will stay here again next time I visit Lushan.

It rained when we came here, so we were right in the Bali Lake View. The scenery is beautiful and the ecological environment is very good. You can run and ride when it doesn’t rain. The hotel has a pleasant environment, spacious rooms and complete facilities. There is a tea garden behind the room. If the weather is good, you can climb the mountain along the stone steps. The wild fruits in the mountain are my children's favorite. We stayed for three nights during the May Day holiday. I especially like the quietness and room style here. Drinking tea on the balcony is the first choice. It is a leisurely and comfortable afternoon parent-child time. The green mountains opposite are unobstructed. A beautiful trip starts with a good quality sleep. I will stay here again next time I travel to Lushan.

The lady at the front desk provided friendly tips on the tour route, keep warm, be careful not to miss the sightseeing bus time, etc., which was very considerate.
I accidentally injured my foot at night and was worried that I wouldn't be able to walk the next day. I tried to ask if there were any band-aids. I didn't expect that the inn had supplies for accidental injuries. I was very touched.

The service was excellent. The owner suggested an itinerary for exploring Lushan, and also had a driver bring me to the southern bus terminal for when I left the scenic area the next day. The room was spacious and comfortable with all the amenities that I needed. The bathroom was clean and large as well with an excellent shower. Overall this was a great value for anyone wanting to stay in the Lushan scenic area.

The location of the hotel is very good, just a few minutes' walk from the main street and the transportation management office, and next to the Meilu Villa area, the starting point of the central line. It is a quiet place in the middle of the bustle. It is convenient for taking parents and children out to play, and it is very convenient for traveling and dining. Originally, I only planned to stay for two nights to reflect on it before setting off for the next stop. However, it was raining everywhere, so it was better to stay in the mountains and save a lot of travel and travel ~ Lushan Mountain is a pet-friendly scenic spot. Dogs can go into the mountains, and there are towns on the mountains. There are also many aboriginal people~all in all, they are very friendly to dogs! Stay away from the city and gain rare freedom and happiness!
I chose this B&B blindly because the proprietress is also a shit-sweeper. Haha, she made an exception and allowed us to bring our dog in (anyone who loves animals has love). The internal environment is clean and tidy, and they upgraded our room type for free. The toilet in the bathroom is also with us. The top three Zhimushan collections in Changsha are the same model! There is no need for you to do anything, just do your thing😁 There is a regular aunt who comes to clean every morning. Basically, she responds to your requests and gives you a sense of intimacy like returning home! On the day of the summer solstice, I even ate dumplings made by the lady boss herself, which was a bit touching! If every guest staying at her home has needs, she will make one-on-one customization according to the time, weather and travel destinations of the day. There is a stack of Lushan maps printed by herself at the front desk of the store, which is very practical.
Before leaving, he also gave us two packs of Lushan specialty ”tea cakes”, thank you!
I miss the time when she picked up all the customers every day and we went walking the dog together, I miss the hospitable and simple Lushan, I miss the boss lady, I miss Xiaoba, chocolate, ice cream, flowers, Tuan Tuan!

GGuest UserWe liked the nostalgic feel of the hotel. It makes you feel like you have gone back in time. The room is a little bit dated (shower screens need some attention), however it still had that touch of class. The front steps are a killer, however there is a lift to bring you up the level of the hotel, so we didn't have to worry about bringing our heavy suitcases up the many steps. There is a bus station almost out the front of the hotel to tour the mountains many scenic areas. It is not in the shopping area of Kuling Street, but it's an easy bus ride to visit this area. We liked that there are a few restaurants, cafes and convenience stores close to the hotel as well. We were not able to use our foreign credit card and as we could not use WeChat pay, we needed to find another way to pay for the room with assistance from family with a Chinese bank account. I think it was because it is not part of a large chain of hotels and is in a relatively remote area. But overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

GGuest UserI had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel.
Starting off with the positive things:
1) they were essential one of only 2 places in the City of Jiujiang that would accommodate foreigners during the pandemic. My green arrow code had an asterisks, since I was in Shenzhen within the past 14 days which had a few cases at the time. This made it hard for me to find a place to stay.
2) The location is ok, away from city center but close to an indoor hot bath spa facility. This was the highlight of my stay.
3) wifi was fairly solid, hot water for showering was available, they offered free cleaning service for my dirty clothes, free hot beverages at the lobby and a nice lounge with a ping pong table on the 5th floor.
Now regarding the cons:
1) the landline telephone from my room wasn't working to help me place calls. I tried to reach out to reception to talk about issues, but I couldn't get them on the line. This meant I had to physically go down to the lobby level and communicate my concerns. No problems receiving calls though.
2) The elevator reeked of a strong revolting cigarette stench. Despite there clearly being a no smoking sign in the machine, cetain patrons outright disregarded the rules and did as they pleased. Hotel personnel don't even bother to confront such individuals, which is very upsetting to non-smokers like me. Rather than making an effort to create a healthier and cleaner environment for everyone, the administration prefers to turn a blind eye to such activities, since they fear backlash from such clients and potential loss of revenues from them. This is a major societal issue, but I believe that it will get solved gradually as time goes by and the younger generation gets better educated. I resorted to taking the rear stairwell as an alternative instead.
3) my room key stopped working abruptly on several occasions, hence I had to solicit the cleaning ladies to help open my room door. Furthermore, I eventually lost that room key, and when I went to tell the receptionist what happened, they gave me a new room key but told me I must pay 50¥ (a third of my nightly room rate) as a replacement fee at checkout. Needless to say, I thought it was inappropriate for them to ask for that much money. Most major hotel chains would happily give a new room key for free.
4) the majority of food options in their breakfast buffet were saturated with either added sugar or oil.
5) ************ cards were regularly thrown underneath my room door. It's supposed to be illegal to solicit such services, but its rampant and openly done with no efficient crackdown. This is another thing the hotel administration could do to improve its protocols.
*Most of the days I spent in Jiujiang were plagued with torrential rain. Obviously this is beyond human control, so I'm not blaming anybody for this. It made my stay in the city unfortunately less pleasant, as I didn't even once get to see a blue sky with a sun.
Overall I would give this place a 7/10
Recommended, but if you are a foreigner then be aware of the aforementioned details. Nobody spoke English, which was to be expected. Be prepared to speak the country's official language if you want to get around in Jiujiang! 😁

GGuest UserThanks to the front desk for upgrading the room to a lake view room. From the moment I stepped into the resort, I felt like I had entered a paradise. The surrounding environment is beautiful and peaceful, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The facilities at the resort are top notch. The rooms are spacious and bright, warmly and comfortably furnished. The bedding is soft and clean, the bathroom is also very tidy, and all kinds of supplies are available;
It is highly recommended to book a room with breakfast. The restaurant decoration is very stylish, the ingredients are fresh and the taste is excellent. It is worth it.
The service is impeccable. Yami and Ida at the front desk are very enthusiastic and introduce the surrounding features in detail. They are warm, friendly, professional and thoughtful. No matter when and where we met at the resort, they always had a smile on their faces. They picked us up and dropped us off every time we went out, which was very efficient. DDebajiapaijiI initially thought it was a homestay, but it turned out to be a regular hotel, clean and sanitary. The waiters and front desk staff were very enthusiastic and cleaned in time. The room was well prepared with fruits, mineral water, tea and snacks!
It is not on Guling Street. In fact, I decided to choose this place because of this street, because it is quiet. Now it seems really quiet. The hotel has a restaurant, and you can eat in the hotel. It is just a little more expensive than the main street, but the hygiene is guaranteed!
In short, I am very satisfied with the accommodation during this trip to Lushan!

AAnonymous UserDuring this trip to Lushan Mountain, I stayed at the foot of the mountain for 2 nights. When I arrived on the first night, I chose another chain hotel. On the way there, I discovered that there is an all-season hotel! I quickly booked a room for the return night! Both the hardware and service are great! ! The location is also great, close to the high-speed rail station.

Ssam fennemaThe staff was kind. The front desk worker wasn’t sure what to do with my foreign passport. It is a normal Chinese hotel, smell of smoke lingering in each part, nice room accommodations, but what ruined the experience was the 11 mosquitos killed throughout the first night and morning there along with the two dead ones that weren’t cleaned off of the wall before I arrived. Overall without the mosquitos I would say it is exactly what you would expect out of a Chinese hotel and I would recommend it. It is a bit of a drive from downtown so if you are seeking to see JiuJiang, go somewhere closer to the center of town, this is in an industrial district. It has a beautiful park next to it!
