My best friend and I went on a graduation trip to see Jiujiang Lushan, a place that's truly breathtaking. As soon as we got off the highway, we saw the huge Liyi sign. I'd never heard of the brand before, but the reviews were great, so we decided to stay there. The moment we entered, we were drawn in by the smiling receptionist; she even gave us a complimentary cold drink – so touching! My first hotel stay was a perfect 10/10 – a perfect graduation trip!

I went to Jiujiang to participate in the 2025 marathon. It was my first time to Jiujiang. The accommodation experience was very good. I don’t know if the Jiujiang Cultural and Tourism Bureau had done its homework in advance. Anyway, the hotel had made preparations in advance. There were relevant promotional materials and items in the lobby. When checking in, I told the front desk that because I was participating in the full marathon, I would not be able to return to the hotel until after 12 noon. I hoped to be assisted in delayed check-out. After the hotel understood the situation, the front desk was very enthusiastic and considerate and said that I could delay check-out until 16 o'clock. It was great. There was no pressure to check out when running. Warm fruits and snacks were also prepared in the room, just in time for lunch after running the next day. The hotel is in a very good location, by the lake, and the lake view room booked in advance has beautiful and quiet scenery. The room and the outside of the hotel are very clean, reflecting the hotel's management and humanistic care. Jiujiang Marathon, the result achieved PB, thanks to the support of Peninsula Hotel. If I have the opportunity to go to Jiujiang again, I will probably continue to stay here.

The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the sleep quality is particularly good. The facilities such as air conditioning and water heater are complete, the sound insulation is also good, and I had a good rest. The service attitude is very good and professional.

The front desk staff greeted me with a smile and the check-in process was efficient and fast. The room is spacious and bright, warmly and comfortably furnished, and the cleanliness is amazing. The equipment of smart devices adds a lot of convenience and provides a great experience. The location of the hotel is also very good and traveling is very convenient. The breakfast is rich, varied, fresh and delicious, injecting full energy into the start of the day. All in all, this is a very recommended hotel and I will choose this hotel again next time I travel.

The hotel is at the end of the road, separated from the river embankment by a train track. A slow freight train will pass by in half a day, which is quite interesting. The hotel entrance is not big, which is a bit disappointing at first glance. There is a large parking lot at the back. , the front desk service is okay, but the management feels that it is not as standardized as national chain hotels such as Ji, Atour, etc. Some front desks are laughing and joking, and the public areas and floors are very clean. I booked a river view room, which is a side view, not facing the river. Some with terraces have better views, and the breakfast is quite satisfactory. In general, the hotel is facing the road and lacks a yard. The hardware is good and the service can be more standardized!

Due to work reasons, I come to Jiujiang at this time every year and stay in this hotel. When it was called Tianhai Hotel, the hotel facilities and services were very poor. It seems that the owner changed two years ago and the place was renovated again. The design style, color matching, bathroom facilities, and bedding have all undergone a qualitative leap. Although the renovation was about two years ago, it is still in good condition. But this time I had a very bad experience staying here, especially the attitude of the front desk clerk, which was seriously inconsistent with the facilities of this hotel. I always felt like I owed her a lot of money and she never smiled. In addition, the indoor hygiene and service are equally poor. The dining table and bedside table in the room are all covered with a layer of dirt. After cleaning the guest room every day, they simply make the bed, replenish the toothbrushes and mineral water, and never wipe the table. Don't accuse me of wrongly blaming the waiter. The hair on the table was right there on the white table, but I didn't see it. The disposable toilet seat covers were not updated, and the toilet paper was almost used up but not replenished in time. Do I need to call the front desk to ask for it? If the rectification is not carried out in time, the decoration will be wasted.

I was quite satisfied with the hotel environment. It's just across a bridge from the highway exit, a two- or three-minute drive away. They even have robots that deliver goods to your door. The only slight disappointment was that the hotel didn't have a washing machine or dryer. There weren't many places to eat or shop around, but there was a very popular restaurant next door that you could try!

I have cherished the roses from the concert Daewoo. I drove 700 kilometers from Jiangsu to my university. I have always had good care of it. I have also had trouble with the hotel staff to be careful of the roses when cleaning. The hotel staff is very patient and the service is in place. Special praise for the front desk lady who has been acting as my microphone is beautiful, gentle and attentive, speaks humorously, and has a good service attitude.
