設施：比較新，智能馬桶，小度系統，燈光有明亮和閲讀睡眠之分，房間大，鋪瑜伽墊，也不影響走路，電視智能，超大衞生：乾淨，毛巾白，還有擦手小方巾環境：在賽城湖景區裏，彩虹騎行步道漂亮服務：很熱情，看我們年紀大，幫忙搬行李，吃飯有觀光車接送，其實也不遠，步行3~5分鐘就到改進處:9號樓前台的門口有淺台階，雖然對行李箱進出不太影響，但為什麼不做得人性化點呢，鋪平，讓行李箱進出更絲消點呢朝湖面的房間為什麼衹有大床，沒有雙床，老年人睡眠不好，喜歡分開睡，（前台説朝湖面的房間衹有大床，我相信他們，遺憾地接受窗户朝着停車場的房間，住的是9號樓，因我們導航酒店名，就把我們導航到了離前台樓較近的小路上）

酒店包接送站服務很好，酒店內還有觀光車接送去吃飯游泳。而且飯菜味道不錯，份量很足。住宿環境幽靜雅緻，房間舒適乾淨整潔，房內附有温馨小提示，感覺非常的友愛。前台服務周到態度非常好且非常熱情。非常不錯的一次體驗。就是地方相較於市區有些偏，不大方便進城。倒是比較適合自駕游來此地避暑。

車不能開到酒店附近，要走一小段，房間景色還是可以的，吃早餐也是要走到別的樓去吃，總的來説，衞生還可以，景色不錯，不要期望太高

過年能躲在這裏清凈也不錯，花築這是九棟，兩種房型，大床房和雙床房，房間設施很智能，大的液晶這次體現出了很大的作用，安靜的看了場電影床和舒服，就是枕頭不太適合我，人手不夠但還是外送了在觀湖樓的點餐，性價比還算是高，不然外賣幾乎沒有辦法送過來入住前台會贈送一份伴手禮—菊花茶
