設施：鐘錶是壞的，電視打不開，空調不給遙控器，被子上有煙頭燙的洞
衞生：全是灰，廁所淋浴頭是臟的，不敢用
服務：一次性用品給的是用過多次的毛巾，説是“消過毒的”，但是是硬的，用的時候還得掰開，上面還有黑色不明物，牙刷也是硬的，洗髮水打不出沫，退房之後一天內多次要求返還“一次性”毛巾，用同伴威脅人，通話過程中多次進行辱罵，諷刺

空調不免費，沒有毛巾浴巾香皂浴帽吹風機，房間很悶熱，床墊上的褥子是爛棉花那種，很臟的舊褥子，衞生間狹小，蹲位很不舒服，蹲便器都是壞的又縫縫補補。牆壁有發黴痕跡。房間隔音差，走廊和隔壁有人説話聽的清楚，凌晨有大車在旁邊長時間停留轟鳴聲非常煩，估計是搞衞生車輛在這附近收垃圾，怕吵需要安靜環境的不建議住，我剛來女房東就和我説住宿價格太便宜了，想給我取消了住宿，賣便宜住宿又裝高價，你倒是早點提價啊，我打車過來了你又不想讓我住，什麼臭毛病？你自己定的價格網絡上就賣55元，扣款時銀行又優惠兩元，價格便宜是你的事跟我有什麼關係，你這樣的小房間也就值40-50元一晚。我一來她就擺臭臉抬高價，要不是我打車搬家過來臨時對付一晚，早就不受算計女房東的氣了，今天早上和我説12點準時退房，搬家時晚出來10幾分鐘，房東就要扣我10元錢鑰匙按金費，原因是耽誤她打掃衞生了，我沒按遊戲規則來，她那幾個房間都空着沒人住呢，耽誤房客入住了嗎？根本就沒有，房東就是想惡意多要我10元錢，這房間要是65元錢，我憑什麼不開空調。女房東説她家的破賓館就是給我們這種窮人住的，我愛來住，我走後還會有窮人來住她家的小破賓館，因為我願意的。大家看看房東得了便宜又賣乖的心態，有錢沒錢不建議住户來這看房東小市民一樣給人氣受，房東就説要強佔便宜得了唄！誰家差個10分鐘能多收10元錢，快捷酒店按規則可以收，但是人家從來就不計較，越是小賓館房東的**越招人**。一副惡意算計的樣子
