第一晚床單不乾淨，睡得全身都好癢；打掃衞生不及時，要提醒才會來收垃圾；房間裏的凳子很臟，不敢坐，上面全是污漬水印；樓層太高，等電梯非常慢；也不能延遲到兩點退房。
