The second time I stayed there, the experience was better than the last time. The parent-child room was clean and hygienic, the smell was fresh, the toilet was equipped with a smart toilet, the customer service was meticulous, and the robot was particularly cute. The free laundry room experience was very good, and I fell in love with the dryer from then on. The whole stay was like a spring breeze. The breakfast was also good, but there was only one flaw: I went there for breakfast at 9 o'clock one day, and there was no toast.

It is a very new hotel. The rooms are spacious and modern. Needless to say that the lake view is fantastic. Compliments to Xiao Ting, Xiao Tang and the people at front desk who have gone all out to make our stay very pleasant and attend to our needs. Helping us to change rooms to ensure our stay more comfortable. Will definitely come again to stay at Hampton.

The room is clean and tidy, and the quilt covers are made of good quality fabrics and are comfortable. The restaurant service staff is very good, enthusiastic and thoughtful, and the breakfast is pleasant. The front desk staff's service and language are professional, and the takeaway is delivered to the door by a robot. It was a pleasant stay.
