滿懷期待入住此吉首四星賓館，但卻沒有給我驚喜，倒是留下一點點遺憾：如房間黴味較重，有間房門鎖關不上，有兩間房淋浴龍頭出水較小等，希望酒店加強對迎賓樓的管理與改善，否則有違四星稱號。其它如服務，人員素質、用品衞生及早餐都還不錯，交通及停車也方便，是值得期待的一個賓館。
