The room is comfortable and the hotel is in a good location. It is next to the state committee and is easily accessible by bus. It is very convenient for shopping and eating around. The hotel service staff are warm, thoughtful and considerate, and the breakfast is delicious.

滿懷期待入住此吉首四星賓館，但卻沒有給我驚喜，倒是留下一點點遺憾：如房間黴味較重，有間房門鎖關不上，有兩間房淋浴龍頭出水較小等，希望酒店加強對迎賓樓的管理與改善，否則有違四星稱號。其它如服務，人員素質、用品衞生及早餐都還不錯，交通及停車也方便，是值得期待的一個賓館。
