房間乾淨整潔，我個人住起來還挺滿意的，民族賓館這個名字確實很貼近它的酒店風格，很具有民族的特色，房間跟走廊都有苗族的飾品，尤其是大廳還有個苗鼓，早餐也很好吃，我自己比較喜歡吃木耳粉，其他的包子饅頭水果也不錯，前台的小庭服務態度很好。
不管從哪個方面，還是比較推薦大家來這個賓館的。

從入住前的熱情接待到離店時的依依惜別，每一位工作人員都以微笑和專業的態度為我提供了無微不至的關懷。值得一提的是前台鳳凰古城大使辦理入住時為我介紹了關於湘西的風土人情。整個酒店的設計風格現代而又不失温馨，無論是大堂的温馨氣派，還是客房的精緻典雅都透露出一種舒適的氣息。房間內設施齊全，不僅能享受到高品質的睡眠體驗，還能在視覺上得到極大的愉悦。值得表揚的是酒店的配置，是高速穩定的網絡環境，先進安全的監控系統，籠罩着酒店，都為客人的入住提供了極大的便利和保障。酒店門口還新開了一家健身房，讓我們忙碌之餘也能享受到輕鬆愉快的時光
