Im großen und ganzen war alles in Ordnung. Teilweise waren die Getränk zum Abendessen, die man selber zapfen kann,nicht immer verfügbar.

Wir haben 5 wunderschöne Tage im Erzgebirge verbracht. Das Hotel war sauber und die Mitarbeiter überwiegend freundlich und bemüht. Das Frühstück ist ausgewogen und erzgebirgische Rustikal. Das Abendessen in buffetform ist wirklich in Ordnung. Das Mobiliar stammt aus den 90zigern und ein wenig abgenutzt. Insgesamt entspricht das Hotel - abgesehen vom Preis - nicht einem 4-Sterne Niveau.

Urlaub für jedermann
Ob Wellness, Wandern oder Badeurlaub es ist einfach für jeden etwas dabei.
Auch bei Schlechtwetter kann man Kegeln, Billard oder Tischtennis Spielen.
Einzig das W-LAN auf dem Zimmer könnte besser sein, aber sonst gibt's echt nichts zu meckern.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel wo man sich sehr wohl fühlt. Alle Mitarbeiter waren höflich und zuvorkommend. Die Gegend ist sehr schön zum Wandern. Man hat auch viele sehenswerte Museen. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage.Wir kommen bestimmt einmal wieder.

Also mal positiv: Eingangsbereich, Zimmer sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Sauna vorhanden bis 2100 Uhr - auch toll. Zwei Außenpools beheizt - großartig. Aber nun das Abendbuffet.... Essen war wirklich nicht lecker! Leider! Und das bei 4 Sternen geht gar nicht. Und für 25 Euro pro Person ... sowas kostet in Tirol 9! ok, ohne Getränke, trotzdem. Bin froh nicht a la carte gegessen zu haben....

Das Hotel ist schön gelegen. Zimmer sind ok, Betten aber etwas ungemütlich mit viel zu kleinen Kopfkissen. Frühstücksbuffet ist gut, nur das Abendbuffet fanden wir nicht gut und auch mit 19 Euro pro Person plus Getränke recht teuer. Schöne Pools und nettes Personal, speziell an der Rezeption. Auch mit Hund wurden wir gut aufgenommen. Insgesamt ein paar schöne Tage die wir mgw. auch nochmal wiederholen würde.

Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden, auch unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung war ausreichend, der Internetempfang allerdings sehr sehr schlecht. Das Frühstücks- wie auch das Abendbufett waren gut. Schön das man sich hier zum Frühstück selbst Waffeln backen kann! Ein Spielzimmer für Kinder, ein guter Welnessbereich und auch die Außenpoolanlage runden das gute Gesamtbild ab. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
