這家民宿是個套房，設施自然沒得説，有廚房，冰箱，洗衣機等家用電器！房間是新裝修的，裝修風格雅緻，每一個擺件都是精心挑選的，很温馨！也衞生乾淨整潔算得上超一流！服務態度和質量也很不錯，我們是自駕遊，車就停在自己小區，特別放心！還有就是酒店就在號稱為亞洲第一夜市的淩河夜市邊上，透過玻璃窗都能看見，晚上各種小吃應有盡有。

問題：
1.退房以純白床單毛巾沾有少許西瓜汁為由，扣除按金36元。
非一次性物品污損是正常現象，連西瓜汁都洗不掉，可知其日常保潔能力。如無能力，建議聘請專業保潔人員。（注：平台對入住後繳納的按金無法管理，衹能任由房東扣除）
2.協商時以“沒有見過你們這樣的人”等言語辱罵顧客。
