The service is absolutely one-to-one. We turned back from Yuci Old Town. She ran before and after she ran to find a room for the elderly, and helped the children with luggage. Environment: There is nothing to say about the environment. Part of the Wang Family Courtyard was transformed into a hotel. These are all luxury courtyards belonging to wealthy families. It wouldn’t be nice if a group of friends came to rent a courtyard to live in! This environment is not given by the hotel, but by our ancestors. Facilities: The basic facilities are okay. The hot springs are just average, just large public baths. The most inconvenient thing is that the lobby is at the top of the staircase. Most people can't carry their luggage up there. You have to call the front desk in advance and ask their young man to come to the underground parking lot to help you carry it. The strangest thing is that there is no elevator to the underground parking lot. You have to lift it up through the stairs. We brought a flight case, and it was difficult for the young man to lift it up. You have to climb a hill every day to eat. In short, it is a hotel built on a hillside. Other facilities are just passable. The bath water is relatively small. Service: The one thing I want to complain about is their service. It doesn't match the high-end environment at all. Many waiters are forced to operate, and some are very enthusiastic. In short, it can only depend on their personal character. If you want to get standardized services, it all depends on luck. It is obvious that there is no high-level and proper training and management. . Especially the waiters in the restaurant, as if you owe them money, there is no smile or enthusiasm at all. After finishing the meal, I wanted to pack up and go back to the room. The first thing the waiter said was, ”The lunch box costs one yuan!”, as if I was afraid that you wouldn't give me the money. I asked her if the chopsticks could be taken back to the room? She said no, and turned around and gave me a pair of disposable chopsticks. I said thank you, and she replied: ”Can these two kinds of chopsticks be the same?” I was confused. Couldn't you stop saying this? How did I offend you? strangeness!
