在仙都景區內，離公交站非常近，交通便利，去鼎湖峯、朱潭山、小赤壁、巖宕書房、花海都很近。
客房乾淨程度堪比星級酒店，十分驚喜。設施也很新，很現代。老闆娘很和善周到，分享自家釀的燒酒，又熱心借電瓶車方便我們在景區遊覽。
早餐有當地有名的縉雲燒餅和麪，味道很棒。
山美水美景美人美，原本衹打算逗留一天，硬是因為這家民宿有賓至如歸的感覺，所以多待了一天。
下次再來，還要住這裏，真的是超級快樂的感覺。

老闆人很好，設施齊全都很新。老闆很用心。早晨給弄了麪還吃到了燒餅，介紹了景點，遊玩路線。衞生超棒，環境很好。

房間很好很乾凈非常敞亮，賓至如歸。老闆和老闆娘人很好非常客氣，為了我們出遊方便，特意把自己的電動車借給我們，來回多個景點讓我們少走很多路，每天的早餐都是老闆親自下廚，今早很榮幸吃飯老闆娘親手包的餛飩。

住宿感覺是附近條件最好的，我們帶着長者定了兩個房間，老闆主動換到了二層連着的兩個房間，出行很方便，出門走幾步就是鼎湖峯，離吃飯地方也很近。早飯很豐盛，走的時候老闆娘貼心地準備了美味的縉雲小酥餅作為伴手禮，五星好評！

這家民宿的位置真的好，巷子出來斜對面就是鼎湖峯檢票口，步行5分鐘足夠。我訂的家庭房面積非常大，在民宿頂層，優點是非常安靜、視野比較好。缺點是沒有電梯，不過老闆很貼心，入住和離店都主動幫忙提行李箱。我們入住當天已經是9月30號半夜23:30左右了，因為高速公路堵車，但老闆一直在等我們。後來聽説還有客人是凌晨二三點到的，老闆也一直等着。第二天老闆還陪我去租借電瓶車（就在步行1分鐘的巷子裏）。房間設施還不錯，淋浴水量也很大，熱水充足。國慶期間性價比挺高。不過民宿老闆推薦的餐館“家謙+好兆頭”，就在鼎湖峯檢票口馬路對面，又貴又難吃，菜都是燒完很久再熱熱端上來的，實在不推薦。

房間很乾凈，位置離朱潭山和鼎湖峯都比較近，出門左轉就是吃飯的地方，小院裏麪種了很多多肉，很有情調，老闆和老闆娘都很熱情，第一次去仙都比較迷茫，老闆娘會耐心的告訴我們！
