The owner will also prepare some pastries, fruits, drinks, etc. according to your needs every day. After playing during the day, you can soak in a steaming hot soup, eat floating pastries, drinks, and fruits, and look up at the starry sky comfortably, and the fatigue of the day will disappear. The breakfast is also quite special and exquisite. The owner will also make some food recommendations according to your needs. You can also sit around the stove. GGuest User為了到舒家灣看油桐花，雖然酒店離家衹有一個多小時的車程，為了早上多睡會兒，晚上接近九點還是訂了評價還不錯的這個花園酒店。酒店不大，但大堂有書吧，很文藝的卡座，裏面還有個小花園。房間也乾淨，舒適。衹是走廊的地毯感覺有點臟；早餐太遲了，七點半才開始，沒吃成；前台程序化辦理入住和退房，既不熱情也不冷漠，一般。為了開發票加了微信，就追着我點五星好評，而且要全部五星，有點難為我。我是攜程老用户，我訂酒店也會參考別人的評價，為了酒店越來越好，也為了我自己訂酒店參考別人評價的真實性，我得實話實説。總體不錯，但全五星還欠缺了些。

JJaneyyy89This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms.
Some noteworthy details:
- Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort.
- The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include:
(a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now!
(b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room
(c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C.
(d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold.
- Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them.
- We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away.
- We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2.
- Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too.
- We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests.
Areas of improvement:
- Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake.
- The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper.
- Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor).

CchenlialexI stayed at the Ramada Hotel on a business trip. The overall feeling was pretty good. The front desk staff, Xiao Wang, was very nice and helped delay the check-out time. It was very good. The breakfast was rich in variety and the beef noodles were delicious. I recommend everyone to try it on the fifth floor. The laundry room and gym are very friendly to us workers who travel frequently. You can dry them immediately after washing. There is a free parking lot and the bus station is next door. It is very convenient to drive or take a taxi. I will stay here again next time I go on a business trip. The hotel is highly recommended.

1. Before check-in: Liang Xue, the general manager of the hotel, called me to communicate the check-in time and room preferences, the activities and hotel facilities during the stay, giving me a surprise, thoughtful, VIP exclusive service and noble experience. Thank you for your hotel's service. There are few in the industry [strong]
2. When checking in: Mr. Liang received us personally and arranged different room features for us between different rooms. She was very thoughtful. Just because I mentioned Xijing, she arranged the room full, full of surprises, and warm welcome cards. It made us feel that the price-performance ratio exceeded the room price and was full of emotional value. I didn't expect that there would be such a good service resort in Chengdu.
3. During the stay: Mr. Liang's arrangements were even more surprising. The breakfast was rich, and the lunch was delivered to the room. The taste of the dishes was better than expected, and the service was silent but thoughtful. During dinner, we were specially served with roasted whole lamb and roasted chicken. The hotel arranged a bonfire party, amazing fireworks, and karaoke on the outdoor platform. It was a super rich and unique arrangement.
Feelings during the stay:
1. The hotel is well managed, the staff is in good spirits, and the hotel is large but the service is thoughtful.
2. The hotel has rich facilities, there are endless activities to enjoy, and the hotel is well arranged.

The location is excellent and the transportation is extremely convenient. It can be easily reached whether it is by car or by public transportation. Parking is also very convenient. The hotel is a single-family, it is safe to swipe your card to go upstairs. The rooms are clean and bright, and the beds are comfortable to sleep. In terms of facilities, the air conditioning and cooling effect is good and the TV is large. The service attitude of the hotel staff is even more impressive. The big river view room has a fresh view. You can also take a walk in the park downstairs. There is a landmark building Ferris wheel next to Jintang. The sanitation is also very clean. Beyond my imagination~ First of all, the staff was very enthusiastic and gentle in helping us check in. The elevator is safe by swiping the card, and there is no disturbance from outsiders! The lighting in the room is very warm. I like it very much. The room is also very spacious and comfortable. It has a light fragrance. I was lucky enough to choose this hotel. I will definitely come back next time!
