Bad attitude, bad environment, bed bugs

This is a really rubbish hotel. I don't know how it is rated 4 stars. My husband and I booked a VIP king-size bed room on Ctrip. They could arrange it at will without our permission? Later, they said that they would upgrade us to another king-size bed room for free. Within 5 minutes of entering this room, the power went out. The auntie said that the line of this room was broken and we had to wait for the repairman to come tomorrow. At this time, more than an hour had passed since we entered this hotel, but we didn't even sit on a stool. The front desk changed us back to a double room. This double room is really "remarkable". The room is also old, damp and woody. My husband said that we should just change hotels, but it was already 10:30 in the evening, so we just stayed. At 2 o'clock in the morning, I was woken up by the noise of the garbage truck downstairs, which was very noisy. I woke up at 6 o'clock in the morning. As soon as I woke up, my nose was full of that stinky and damp smell. Even my clothes were stained with this smell, which was disgusting. In the end, my husband and I checked out of the room early the next morning. We had booked for three days, but we couldn't stand it after staying for one night. The next day, the front desk had a bad attitude, without a smile, as if I owed him money. A worker should have the attitude of a worker. Do I have to look at her face when I spend money? By the way, I have stayed in so many hotels, and this is the first time I have seen a hotel that charges for mineral water. Ice dew is 3 yuan a bottle, and the price tag is placed on the side. Fortunately, I saw it, otherwise I would be ripped off by them again. I don't know how ugly it is. All in all, I really advise everyone not to stay in this hotel.

Very close to the seaside, the environment is good, the free parking lot is in the yard opposite the hotel, the room is large, well decorated, fully equipped, the air conditioner is a bit old, it is an old-fashioned knob switch, but the cooling effect is still good, the breakfast buffet is very rich , a very good stay experience.

I paid a 200 yuan deposit when I entered the store, and 15 yuan was deducted when I left the store. Didn't tell why it was deducted. I drank a bottle of free mineral water without any consumption in the room.
