Come to Jining to visit, did not choose the wrong hotel. The hotel lobby is tall, the service staff can be seen everywhere, the warm service, the parking downstairs is very convenient for someone to guide or put the basement. I have been to Jining many times and always stayed at Home Inn. This is my first time staying at this hotel. The service is good, the hardware is good, and the location is good. A cup of Americano in the morning is very refreshing! There are two shortcomings. The first is breakfast. The restaurant is small, with few varieties, and there is no toaster or coffee machine. The second is that the elevator is too small and only four or five people can get on after a long wait, especially when we are pushing suitcases.

Miss Wwh at the front desk is attentive, the gym on the 11th floor is fully equipped, the laundry room and the gym are in the same room, clean and hygienic, the ironing machine is very square, the aunt on the floor every day delivers small snacks and fruits to the room and yogurt. MMalidaThe room was very satisfactory! Especially for breakfast, we could eat sweet potatoes from Sishui, which were really delicious. They were the best sweet potatoes I have ever eaten in my life, sweet and sticky.

CCherylTGSMs Zhang received us and briefed us on the amenities. The hotel also provided a welcome snack of pastries and fruit, plus specially brewed tea for better sleep. We had the whole place to ourselves - it consisted of a bedroom with two single beds on the ground floor, a four poster bed on the upper floor with additonal bathroom and toilet, and finally a large basement with seating area. Would be great for a family. Next day, breakfast was great, with millet porridge, freshly made dough sticks, and wontons in soup. Couldn't have asked for more! Wonderful place in Qufu, we will definitely book it again!

GGuest UserThe room was generally good, and the service attitude was good. I arrived early and they said they would try to arrange a room for me. When I arrived at 9:00 in the morning, they said they were already cleaning. When I came back at 1:00, they said they were still helping me find a better room. I don't know if it was due to low work efficiency or some other reason. Anyway, I waited for another 20 minutes before I was checked in. The facilities in the room were also quite new. There was a meal delivery service. The Xiang Palace restaurant downstairs had a high rating on Xiaohongshu, but it was not friendly to me who was traveling alone. I waited in line for nearly an hour outside, and finally it was my turn. Then they said wait a moment. I sat on the cold bench in the restaurant for more than half an hour, and they continued to ask me to wait a moment. Finally, I couldn't help but leave. The meal delivery service in the room was quite fast, but the Confucius Mansion Three-Course Soup, which cost 78 yuan per portion (the same price as in the restaurant), was only so small. I put a small pastry of ¥1 on the side for comparison. If I ate the same amount as in the dining room, I don't know if I had to order a pot for each person for that table of people. The hotel has a lot of activities, but most of them are for parents and children. Adults can go to the Confucius Museum, but the fee is ¥38/person, and there is free shuttle to Nishan Holy Land. The breakfast is very rich, with Chinese, Western and traditional snacks, and you can also eat tofu like the one in Xianggong Chinese Restaurant.

GGuest UserI stayed in the hotel room quite well. I was satisfied with the fact that there was an employee at the front desk whose service was so bad. It made me very angry when I reported problems when I stayed in a hotel. It was unlucky to encounter this front desk person. How can such a famous Vienna hotel recruit such a person who is not afraid of guests? Are they lost? They are not as good as the other front desk employees. The service is good and they are impatient. In short, the bad review is for that front desk staff.

The quality of Lavande Hotel itself cannot be overemphasized, and you can feel at ease when staying here. There is an instant hot water dispenser in the hotel. Plug in the mineral water bottle and the water will come out directly according to the temperature. It is very clean and you don't have to worry about what the kettle is used for.

AAnonymous UserFirst of all, it should be noted that the hotel accepts foreigners (as of October 2023). The location is very convenient for visiting the most notable attractions in Qufu (it's about 300 meters from the entrance to the Confucius Temple). There are also plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. There are direct buses to/from both Qufu and Qufu East train stations. The room itself was good and the facilities were in good condition (there was even an ancient Pentium 4 in the room, for some reason). The staff was also very kind. My only issue is that the rooms are all smoking rooms, so that the smell of cigarettes is hard to avoid, but that is written on the booking page. Still, if you're sensitive to that, you may wish to find a non-smoking room elsewhere.
