過了這麼久才想來評價，主要是因為環境服務體驗太棒了必須表揚一下，來這裏應該很多四年級孩子家長吧，哈哈。酒店是在之前雙龍賓館的基礎上重新翻新改建，而且很有心保留了賓館原有的一些歷史印記，毫無違和感，色調有點明清風格，位置優越，酒店後門出去就是雙龍洞風景區，重點要表揚一下前台接待服務員，小姑娘戴個眼鏡服務態度特別好，幫我們升級了房間不説，看到帶倆娃怕住不下又從別的房間拖過來一個躺椅，太有心了！衹是抱歉忘記問你名字了。不過同時也要吐槽一下酒店的早餐，品類不是很多，味道還可以，早上過去吃一位貌似酒店管理層的姐姐帶着孩子吃，還當面批評後廚，管理層服務意識有待提高。ps ：送的下午茶券太豐盛了

環境十分優美，夜晚很安靜。大廳古色古香讓人眼前一亮。前台的工作人員也挺熱情，房間寬敞明亮且乾淨。早餐説是手工現包的餛飩和餃子，味道還不錯的。旁邊有個茶花公園可以散散步，走走路，總結一下很不錯的酒店。

Environment: The outside environment is nothing to say. I think 90% of the people who stay here are going for the environment of Lu Nu Lake. I have to say that the exclusive lake view is excellent. There are also a few cats in the hotel, all of which are quite docile and children like them. It only takes three to five minutes to walk from the hotel to Lu Nu Lake, especially in the morning. It is still very good to go to Lu Nu Lake for a walk. 3. Hygiene: The internal hygiene of the room at this price is OK, no problem. 4. Facilities: This must be complained about. The key light in the room is always on at night, and the brightness is not low, which greatly affects sleep. And the smoke detector on the roof is not the normal small red light flashing but white light flashing, which is speechless. The hotel has a gym and a children's activity room. There are relatively few gym facilities, and no one is serving the children's activity room. When I went there, the lights were turned off, and some facilities were broken. The experience was average. 5. Food: There is nothing to eat nearby. Basically, I eat in the hotel? The hotel's main meal is ordered, and the price is not too expensive. The set meal for two or three people is about 270, but the dishes are a bit salty. There are quite a lot of breakfast varieties and the taste is also okay. When checking out, some small biscuits were given. In general, the environment is okay, but whether it is worth the price is another matter. If I give a score, I can give three points, 2 points for the scenery, and 1 point for the breakfast. Finally, the sound insulation of the hotel door corridor is really very poor. You can hear any door closing and talking outside clearly. The lights and sound insulation in front are a nightmare for people who are sensitive to sleep.

The hotel feels good and the check-in process is also very pleasant. I felt the enthusiasm of the staff as soon as I stepped into the lobby. Miss Zhu Mei at the front desk provided good service. She helped to solve certain problems in time during my stay. I am grateful for this. The room feels quite spacious when I enter it. She helped to arrange a sunny and relatively quiet room. This was just a casual remark on the phone. It was very good. The room is also very clean, and the overall feeling is good. I didn't expect that there would be such a hotel in Pujiang that made me come and go with joy.

The Pujiang Sheraton I stayed at last weekend was more comfortable than I expected! The guy at the front desk checked me in in three minutes. The light in the room was soft and not glaring, and the mattress was just the right hardness to save my old waist. The service details were thoughtful, and breakfast was cooked to order.
