Jinhua Marriott Hotel

I always choose Marriott because I like its hygiene, simplicity and convenience. This time I stayed at Jinhua Marriott, the hotel room was OK, which was the only thing I was satisfied with. The bathroom did not automatically drain when I checked in that day, but it was fixed and that was fine. I asked about the mini buffet on Monday night one day in advance, but was told that no reservation was required. I went there at 17:30 the next day, but they said it was booked. Why didn't they tell us in advance that someone had booked it, so that we could go back to the hotel directly after dining. The most unsatisfactory thing was the hotel parking. I couldn't get out after scanning the parking code, so I took the elevator up to contact the hotel, and I had to find a special exit because the underground parking lot was not interconnected. I wasted more than half an hour going around in circles, which delayed my trip. It was too bad.

Good aspects Hygiene: It's clean and worthy of this standard; Environment: The riverside has a wide view, overlooking half of Jinhua; Dining: Breakfast is quiet. Bad aspects: Service: Is the gym on the 43rd floor afraid that I will damage the equipment or something? It's my first time staying in a five-star hotel, and the gym still needs to be registered, and children are not allowed to enter; the girl who registered at the door looked very businesslike, do you know what service is? Drinks: The worst five-star hotel I've stayed in, two bottles of Pepsi pure water, no difference from Hanting, no extra free drinks; (and there are no drinks or food in the refrigerator); Summary: 1. No objection in Jinhua, it should be the best; if you are temporarily staying for 1 or a few nights, you can choose it, the price is reasonable: the overall landscape is acceptable; 2. It does not meet the five-star standard, and there is a big gap with the five-star hotels I have stayed in (Park Hyatt, Grand Hyatt, etc.), and the interior decoration is not luxurious; 3. Second-tier cities, service awareness can't keep up. This is not an employee problem, it's the whole city's problem, everyone should lower their desires. 4. If there is a next time, I will not stay there! Reason: The girl in the gym on the 43rd floor gave me a very uncomfortable feeling, and she was in a hurry to urge me to leave or drive me away, which was not good.
