Atour Hotels in Jinhua

This stay was perfect. This hotel will definitely be my first choice for future trips. The rooms are fully equipped with heated toilets, advanced makeup mirrors, and warm front desk service. I highly recommend it.

Atour's service did not say that I stayed for two days after the postgraduate entrance examination, there was a wake-up service in the morning, and there was ”late night porridge” in the evening. The front desk service was very standard and warm and timely. The online consultation hotel on the booking platform also responded quickly. Every service staff is very good. The takeaway front desk will take the initiative to let the robot deliver to the room, very satisfied, the hotel will choose Atour in the future.

Among the many hotel breakfasts I have had, this one is one of my favorites. I am very satisfied. It has toast, desserts, steamed buns, noodles, sesame balls and other flavors: the noodles are delicious, the children are very happy, and the meaty lady is very good. They were also very enthusiastic. The children did not have dinner when they came back in the evening, but they were also given bread and porridge as gifts. Special praise to the little guy at the front desk who helped us handle a late check-out when he saw that we were on a late train. All in all, everything is very considerate, thank you very much!

This was my first time staying at Atour hotel and I must say i was very happy with the hotel.The location of hotel is good next to bus station. The room was very spacious and clean.The hotel is new and all the amenities were also good.You can see the view of yiwu city from the window. I stayed for several days and my stay was pleasant. The hotel has free laundry service which we can use very easily. The housekeeping was very good , they helped me with my laundry and the clothes were directly delivered to my room once they were done .I will definitely book the hotel again when visiting.

Located in the center of Hengdian. Convenience with supermarkets, restaurants nearby. Not far from walking streets. Walking distance to Hengdian World Studio (QingMingDiHeTu Zone). Clean and comfortable room with modern facilities. Breakfast is chinese food.

I have always recognized the brand of Atour. Whether it is Nanjing or other places, the service and cost performance are quite high. However, this check-in made me speechless. I arrived at mealtime. Ctrip also confirmed the hotel I booked one day in advance. The front desk looked for it for a long time and said that there was no order for me. After changing it, they said that my order was for the 12th. Finally, after waiting for 15 minutes, I said that you can solve the order issue internally. Can you open a room first so that we can put our things and go out to eat later? I am so hungry. They kept asking us to wait. It took almost half an hour to get two breakfasts. I thought this matter was over. When I got to the room and entered the door, there was either dirt on the floor or a spider that scared me so much that I screamed and immediately jumped under the bed. I didn’t have time to take pictures. I sent the waiter a phone number to change our room. What the hell, there were ants when I was taking a shower? ! This time I took pictures very calmly. I didn't want to say anything. The waiter changed our bath towels and sent us two bottles of water. I said no. This kind of hygiene is not a matter of sending this and that. I went to Nanjing Atour for more than 300 yuan. It was my first time staying at this Atour. The price was higher than the market price. I didn't dare to stay for free with this kind of hygiene and order processing. I didn't want to say anything more to the hotel lady. The hotel executives should deal with this situation with me! This is the first time I wrote so many words of comments. If it wasn't really uncomfortable, I really wouldn't have the time to write so many words! What if a bug crawled into the body? I can't imagine what would happen to the children! Including mothers with babies who will stay in the future, please pay attention!

和朋友一起來東陽這裏玩 、結果半路上車壞了、都急死了！結果半夜到處都沒有人、也找不到店、[流淚]而且好冷啊、就給酒店試着打電話求助幫忙聯繫拉車、 結果人家真的來咯、太感動[難受]、帶頭的小夥子二話不説直接掏出工具箱幫我看問題、沒想到會請你幫我處理、原本衹是幫忙求助，叫個維修的過來、亞朵真的超級超級無敵好、把我感動的、還給我帶了熱水暖手、感動死我！原來輪胎紮了 、帥哥還幫忙一起和我朋友把我後備箱備用輪胎換了、坐人家車到了酒店、結果人家還把房間給我升級了！什麼的不説了、心暖洋洋的、亞朵真的很棒 ！
