自駕遊入住了兩晚，停車方便。 入住第二天晚飯後回房間，發現房間清理了，但洗漱區衹看到了前一天剩下的梳子和護理包，並沒有補充新的一次性用品。於是打電話給前台。過了一會兒一位客房人員過來，進屋就説：我看看都少了什麼東西，需要補充的我再拿過來！這一次性用品補充都這麼嚴厲嗎？不提前備好，弄的我都覺得我們多拿多佔了一樣。 早餐是很一般的，比起別的麗楓都顯得品種更少，餐廳入口大牌子上面的介紹圖案內容，實際餐廳菜品裏一樣都沒有，是真的一樣都沒有呀😓大家忽略就好 餐廳裡邊煮麪位置的服務員幾個人一直在大聲聊天，整個餐廳吃飯的噪音都沒有她們大，我們也聽不懂在聊什麼，也不好意思去打斷。餐廳桌面的紙巾盒就這樣歪歪扭扭的放着，紙巾量倒是足足的，也不好評論它。

本週參加一場重要會議，我選擇入住荊州秋果酒店。踏入房間，整體佈局和設施看着都不錯，可當我拖着行李箱往裡走，不經意間瞧見地毯，心情瞬間“晴轉多雲”。 地毯上有好幾處明顯污漬，像是灑了飲料沒清理乾淨，還有些黑乎乎的腳印印記，在淺色地毯上格外扎眼。對於有一定衞生要求的我來説，這實在難以接受。於是，我馬上撥打客房服務電話反映情況。 電話接通後，我向客服説明瞭地毯污漬問題，客服人員態度親和，語氣中滿是歉意，告知我會即刻安排人員處理。不出5分鐘，客房部經理帶着兩名保潔人員就來到房間。客房部經理先是鄭重地向我鞠躬致歉，表明是酒店的疏忽，沒有為我提供符合標準的房間。 緊接着，他迅速給出應對方案。考慮到當下臨近會議時間，若為我更換房間，怕耽誤我準備會議，便提出先對地毯進行緊急清潔。倘若清潔效果無法讓我滿意，會立即為我更換套房，並在房價上給予八折優惠。同時，為表歉意，酒店會額外贈送我一份豐盛的早餐。 説罷，保潔人員立刻行動起來，他們熟練地拿出專業清潔工具，先是在污漬處噴灑清潔劑，接着用刷子輕輕刷洗，再用乾淨毛巾反覆擦拭吸幹水分。客房部經理在一旁緊盯進度，時不時詢問我對清潔效果的看法。經過一番努力，大部分污漬都被清理掉，地毯煥然一新。 客房部經理再次向我表達歉意，還貼心地詢問我是否還需要其他幫助。我對他們的處理結果十分滿意，原本的不滿情緒也煙消雲散。這次經歷，雖説碰上了小麻煩，但酒店迅速響應、積極解決問題的態度，讓我感受到他們對客户的重視。這種處理投訴的方式，展現出酒店的專業素養與服務水平。下次來這座城市，我依然會放心選擇這家酒店 。
