避雷避雷，賓館後面有棟樓施工，前台説早上七點多才開始施工，結果第二天早上不到六點就開始施工，叮叮噹噹，根本無法入睡，上午離店出發宜昌，走了段路發現手機充電器沒拿，打電話讓前台去拿一下放前台，同意了拿一下，結果人家根本沒有去拿，還是自己再跑一下樓上去拿。服務態度是真的一言難盡，再説一下，隔音效果也不好，凌晨一點被樓道一家三口説話驚醒。

地段好，離賓陽樓近，門口不遠就有共享電瓶車，去哪兒都很方便，騎個小電驢在荊州古城非常愜意。服務熱情，滿足訴求，當天續房原房型沒房了，所以得換房間，但是當天很早出門，寄存行李後，工作人員幫忙留房間做了房卡，非常方便，整體有非常好的入住體驗。
