入住體驗好，房間安靜，乾淨整潔，也挺大的，服務人員態度友好，房間有遺留東西，會及時聯繫我們，謝謝前台晶晶小姐姐。房間也很設施齊全，地理位置便利，離火車站步行就5分鐘距離。還會選擇入住的。

前台小於服務很熱情，幫助我很多，房間選的很好，床品睡的很舒服，衞生間有一個大浴缸，設施設備都很齊全，四樓還有健身房和游泳池，游泳池是恆温的，酒店離火車站也很近，出行都很方便，體驗不錯，推薦！

前台小周很細心，熱情打招呼。辦理業務很快捷，貼心介紹了酒店的設施設備。大堂明凈寬敞華麗。房間安靜温暖，還有浴缸可以放鬆，窗外景色也不錯，能看到荊州站，大堂吧飲品好喝，四樓泳池和健身房滿足了健身需求。二樓早餐牛肉米粉很好吃。地下停車場也是免費的，車位充足，還有新能源電車充電樁。不愧是家好評率、性價比超高的五星級酒店，很驚喜，有機會還是會選擇這家酒店！

環境好，前台小徐服務不錯，辦理入住快！早餐品種多，品種豐富，四樓有免費的'恆温游泳池，還有健身房可以健身，房間空間大，有窗户，還有浴缸可以泡澡。出差旅遊首選居住地，靠近高鐵站。挺不錯的，下次還住這裏。
