酒店高端大氣上檔次，四樓有健身房和游泳池，前台麗麗服務好，辦理入住快，還幫忙免費升級了房間，離高鐵站近，房間大，衞生好，設施很新，性價比高，有浴室可以泡澡，落地窗很大，挺不錯的，出差居住很方便。下次還住這裏。

第一次入住綠地旗下的酒店，這個價格確實不錯。酒店地段近火車站，去方特15分鐘車程，離市中心荊州古城也很近，酒店前台熱情，黃晶晶服務好，入住前就致電我對房間的喜好，提前把房間開好了空調，考慮到有長者入住，安排了離電梯近的房間，房間大，寬敞，舒適。2樓餐廳菜品味道很好，對於荊州本地菜做的很地道，很喜歡牛三鮮，魚糕，排骨蓮藕湯。一樓有個咖啡廳，上面有很多明星和酒店工作人員的合影。服務很棒，大堂吧也可以看書，環境很贊。推薦！

前台李靜芝服務很熱情很細心，經過荊州住了一晚，就在火車站對面，很方便，特意給安排了景觀不錯的高樓層房間，住的很好，房間很大，房間寬敞，明亮。退房還提前幫我準備了發票，大大提高了退房速度，不需要在前台等待，很貼心方便。酒店停車也是免費的，自駕出行很方便。四樓還有恆温泳池，住店客人可以免費使用。無論是硬件方面還是服務等軟件方面很很不錯。 推薦推薦

前台小魏很熱情，房間很乾凈，落地窗很大，安靜，空間大，有浴缸可以泡澡，有免費停車場，離火車站也近，出行都很方便，周邊吃的也多，去古城和方特都很近，早餐種類很多，很吃啥都有，二樓中餐廳都是一些荊州的特色菜，做的很不錯，推薦，下次還會過來住
