這是住賓館以來態度最差的一家店，家就店旁邊停電了衹能住賓館，房間在3樓沒有電梯爬到3樓，空調打不開，遙控器背後貼的透明膠，房間有電話號碼沒有座機，用手機也打不通，服務員一直在聊天，到樓下後服務員非要説空調是好的，上樓後服務員修了半天，空調還是打不開，讓換房間又找理由説在床上坐了不給換，這家店服務太差了

第二次入住該酒店，地理位置不錯，周邊早中晚餐都不用愁，都在附近就有。附近還有個零食很忙。近洋碼頭，落日之前可以去那邊吹吹江風，看看釣魚！

隔音不好，入住當晚半夜走廊聽見有人説話，特別大聲，直接被吵醒了，然後早上六七點的時候，有小孩在走廊跑，腳步聲咚咚咚的。
