進房間發現被子被動過，給前台打電話，前台問是不是我動了的，不理解且無語。然後沒多久來了個自稱經理的工作人員到房間處理這個問題，令人無語的事發生了，他是不是太不專業了？？？不想辦法解決問題，居然問我怎麼辦。。。我是來住宿的，不是來搞培訓的啊，還要我給出解決方案，你説這合理嗎。緊接着我提出房間衞生問題，地面還有瓜子殼和很明顯的頭髮，這位經理説可能是五一住宿的太多了，所以衞生有點問題。家人們，這簡直是離譜！！！你不能因為生意太好就敷衍衞生吧！！！你們開酒店，服務和衞生都不達標，怎麼會有回頭客！！！希望能整改謝謝！！！
