酒店離高鐵站及各景點均很近，裝修古香古色，顯荊楚文化底藴，賓至如歸的服務，早餐豐富，乾淨衞生。

設施：設施特別新，而且很有楚文化特色
衞生：乾淨衞生
環境：環境一流，感受楚文化氛圍
服務：服務特別熱情，每個人都笑臉相迎，很温暖
特色漢服體驗:有漢服體驗，但是我沒有穿衣服，太熱了，哈哈哈哈哈
真的很驚喜，旁邊就是古城牆，早上起來吃完早餐去城樓看看，特別舒服！兩邊都是綠油油的美景，愛了愛了

這次入住體驗總體還行，但一樓的房間確實有些美中不足。房間空間和設施都中規中矩，床品也乾淨整潔。不過可能是因為在一樓，採光明顯比較差，白天也需要開燈，並且端午下雨，總感覺有些潮濕，被褥摸着都有點黏糊糊的。下次還是儘量選擇高樓層的房間吧。

房間很大挺漂亮，周圍的環境也很好，服務態度可圈可點。但是，有一些要改進的地方 - 晚上到的時候感覺周圍十分安靜，似乎有點陰森森，其實是因為前面就是城牆擋住了視野。前台可以主動介紹一下。酒店裡麪也有點暗，房間進去感覺有些悶，其實可以在客人到前一小時把空調打開，再根據人數多給一張房卡。另外有茶台沒有散的茶葉，衹有普通的茶包，也有點奇怪。旁邊就是玄妙觀，可以看看。

地理位置優越，旁邊走走就能到古城。
但是，房間設施很陳舊，一樓的的房間是複合地板，但有股黴味；給我們換到了二樓的房間，結果是地毯的，地毯估計用了很久了。朝停車場的房間，車輛進出很響，對面的房間樓下有人聊天也吵。
早餐，😭，衹能説：聊勝於無。
服務員還是很友好的。
