房間佈置很温馨，又乾淨整潔。沒有異味，電視屏幕很大，可打遊戲可投屏看電影。工作人員服務態度特別好，很有禮貌，很耐心解決房客的問題。是為數不多可以下午兩點退房的酒店。下次來荊州首選他家，走一兩百米就是小吃街大賽巷，位於市中心，吃喝玩樂集為一體，太方便了。

一次性用品齊全，入住時前台還給升級，酒店有自助洗衣機烘乾機，洗衣液都配備在房間裏，我們定的不含早餐，但問前台小姐姐説一人加15元是自助餐，前台小姐姐都是微信服務還告訴我們第二天早上想吃可以進餐廳看看想吃再定，太貼心了，餐廳就在前台邊上，並且自助餐很豐盛，酒店正規管理化，從進酒店的大院停車到前台辦入住，包括早餐並離開，讓人感到此家所有工作人員都是訓練有素質的，花錢不多但享受了對客户向對自己家人一樣的貼心服務，必須點贊！有一點遺憾就是看見房間沒茶葉，問前台要了，小姐姐給了兩袋，雖説不算什麼，但作為正規酒店不應該疏忽，另外吹風機插在牆上後線在紙簍上過來容易挨着很不衞生，並且暫時放置在洗手枱上很不方便，建議固定牆上
