酒店環境還不錯，大堂比較安靜，樓上有辦公場所，上下班時間人流比較多，但是完全不影響入住體驗，因為酒店在高層，所以很安靜。房間有地毯、大落地窗、格局也是乾濕分離的，乾淨整潔，一次性用品質量好，比較推薦。我住的房間是豪華房，朝門口的馬路，視野很好，晚上關上窗户也不會吵，工作人員會主動微信打招呼，很好。

酒店環境還可以，有免費的停車場，樓層高相對來説安靜一些，服務也很好，而且前台還有很多免費的一次性用品提供，房間也很乾凈，採光通風都很好，設施設備也很好，空調給力，早班味道還不錯，退房有遺留物品也及時聯繫我們寄回，很放心入住。下次有機會還會入住！

每年暑假都會會荊州探親，以前都住的温德姆酒店，因為太老了。所以住了華美達酒店，看看住的怎麼樣，除了沒有游泳池，還有自助餐廳衹有早餐，其他都還挺好的。健身房跟洗衣房都有，設施比較新，空調也給力，窗户也大，採光也好，10樓也有一個單獨的餐廳，環境也好，停車也方便。家人住的挺好的，説下次回來還是住這邊。

服務：熱情周到，服務好，不管是服務員還是前台，都會禮貌的打招呼，服務速度也很快；
衞生：房間很乾凈，需要多加一個被子也很及時的送到了，因為洗了很多衣服，怕涼不幹，可以拿到自助洗衣房烘乾，很方便。
環境：配套齊全，設施完好，有充電樁，有便利店，自助洗衣房，健身房。酒店樓層高，安靜舒適。
設施：保養的不錯，空調效果給力！
早餐品種多，有本地特色米粉，天氣熱適合在酒店定早餐，性價比高！

預訂的雙床，可以拼在一起，比較適合帶娃家庭，拼的床很大，有兩米四，被子也很大。如有有早餐需求，建議大家直接預訂含早的價格，比較實惠。房間衞生乾淨，環境舒適，一次性洗護用品齊全，質量也不錯，空調很涼快，辦公桌用來給小朋友寫作業也很實用，房間格局是乾濕分離的，有很大的落地窗，採光充足，光線很好。
