帶着80歲老媽自駕，經過靖州，找的攜程推薦的五星酒店。車停大堂門口行李沒人幫忙拿，帶着長者，自己搬行李，還要去停車。房間設施老舊，最有意思的是除了兩瓶水，啥都要錢，小袋茶葉都要6塊一包。廁所裏放的一次性馬桶墊還要收費3元。酒店將收費的都放一塊也行吧。放馬桶邊😓。好歹也是縣城5星，形象工程。價格倒是跟上了大城市的節奏。

房間設施在當地是很好的，乾淨衞生，前台服務小姐熱情服務，酒店前有一個大院子，停車方便，酒店附近還有一個大的民族體育館。

酒店特別氣派，大堂提供的茶飲很好喝。停車方便，停車場很大，當然最要表揚的是安保，非常盡職盡責，我們忘記關後備箱，第二天一早電話告知請我們看看有沒有物品遺失，而且電話打的時間也很講究，怕太早吵醒我們。總之各種細節透露出酒店服務的用心和人性化。靖州很美，靖州的人更美！

環境還可以，服務態度很一般，內部很多另外收費項，馬桶墊紙，茶包正常酒店都包含在房費，這裡會另外收費，感覺處處都是消費陷阱，體驗不好👎🏻，建議整體房費貴一點，消費陷阱少一點，體驗會更好！
