房間乾淨整潔，床舒適、房間温馨，有空調。住宿周邊安靜、設施齊全。前台服務人員服務周到，幫助提行李，耐心解答問題。晚上提供晚安甜點。早餐品種也非常豐富。

離錦綉古鎮很近，晚上可以去那裡逛逛。離鵝泉有八九公里的樣子，自駕遊的話也很近。酒店的服務很好，尤其是小蘭和小明非常熱情周到，早餐很豐富，餐廳的出品也很不錯，是旅途中很好的一個落腳點。

房間是新中式的，兩室一居，乾濕分離，洗浴間也算寬敞，暖風是真好，晚上送了銀耳羹。一開始定單出現小問題，前台小蘭幫着和平台溝通，有效解決後又免費升級房間，又幫着拿行李，服務特別到位，還有次日退房的小黃，也態度特別好，臨走送了瓶裝水，還要感謝給小盆友準備的洗漱小用品，很用心，酒店自己做的米酒也好喝，臨走又帶了一瓶，房間的小細節也很到位，舒適的搖椅和月亮小夜燈，天貓精靈陪伴着小盆友們入睡，很喜歡，還會繼續關注👍

春節家庭出遊定了個兩房一廳套間，房間挺大但設施稍微有點舊，而且淋浴間和廁所都是玻璃的，雖然是磨砂玻璃，但其實使用時還是會有不便；另外帶寵物額外收了30元，雖然錢不多但體驗感受不是很好，設定成收取一定按金，離店時候如果寵物有弄臟，通過扣減按金方式收取清潔費感覺更合理
