#衞生一樓大廳就很亂，房間牆壁有蜘蛛網和黴斑，樓梯不太寬，幾乎每層都有隨手放置的雜物。#服務沒有服務，牆上貼的前台電話是空號，找服務枱得從訂房網站找電話，房間空調插着電，不給用，説用空調得加錢！！#房間設施沒有電梯，總共7層，每層2間房，中間是個天井，掛着室外機！簡單的燒水壺和牙具，窗簾是花色的，潮濕有味兒，整個都是農家樂配置。浴巾都洗破花了，像抹布。#床床墊晃悠，硌人，被子有黴味兒和煙味#房間景觀牆壁上部和天花板有黴斑，房間裏黴味兒很濃，潮濕#停車門口可以停3輛車，我們晚上到的晚自己馬路上找的車位#性價比沒有性價比，這是個小縣城，同樣價格在憑祥住過四星連鎖，比門店的門市價貴了將近一倍。一樓大廳有個魚缸，水泵的聲音加上樓內天井的空調室外機的聲音，睡在房內有很大的共振，嗡嗡的。畢竟就是臨街的商品房，隔音效果本來就不好，再加上人為的聲音，根本沒法睡。5點多就起床走了。

房間很差，洗臉池的水龍頭無法使用，淋浴水噴頭不好用，熱水量不足，用空調還要另收20元錢。老闆娘直言還收低了，下次再不敢來了。

先説優點，1、離靖宇客運站近，周邊吃的不少。2、價格較為便宜。再説缺點，1、有6層樓但沒有電梯。2、部分房間wife無法用。3、一樓和六樓有二個熱水器的增壓泵一直都在響，聲音大，睡眠不好的晚上無法入睡。
