這是一家假冒開元名都酒店的天元名都酒店，還真把我們蒙了，錯定了這家酒店，服務與開元名都酒店差了十萬千里。
天元名都大酒店説是五星級，其實與五星級實在不相符。早餐總共五個熱菜，連續三天不換樣，感覺在江浙這麼發達的地區，真是缺肉少菜呀；房間裏配備的洗漱用品缺少護髮素及潤膚露，衞生紙又硬又糟，咖啡配的是過時的三合一款，茶葉品質也不敢恭維。
住過很多酒店，這家酒店給人的感覺一般一般，名不符實。
